The fish and how he sees the man.
Strange

His were strange creatures
Some loud
Scaring me back to my den
Safety lies within
Some were quiet
Like him
Watching me as I watched them
No danger in this

Golden seaweed
Streaming in front of his eyes
Shallow blue pebbles offset by
The way his skin
Bronzed
Like the sunken treasure
Before it is lost under the depths
He is looking at me
I wonder what he sees
They are
Perplexing creatures indeed
