Verfy angsty. Fantasy-like, too. Not for the faint of heart.
There was once light, but no more has it shown,
Clouds have covered the sky,
Turning noon to midnight,
With no mercy on my soul,

Shadows come to life in the new black,
Surrounding my heart with misery,
Forcing me to scream from unwanted memories,
Needing my pain to feed it energy to spread,

Blood blacker than black seeps from my body,
Caused by branches of trees turned to blades,
Darker than my soul could ever be,
I fear my end soon,

The shadows have stopped me in my tracks,
Caught hold of my blood-soaked body,
They're turning my soul dark,
Making me one of them,

They enter my body, cease my bleeding,
My soul no longer pure, my heart black,
Blade wounds now close shut,
And everything falls silent,
But the darkness won't stop...

The outside world is vibrant, full of life,
My stilled form sitting on the sidewlk by a wall,
People I don't remembet greet me,
I can't remember their faces,

My light blue eyes are now black,
Black as my soul and my heart,
Filled with evil that can't be stopped,

I stand, slow, but sure,
A dagger at my thigh, another at my ankle,
Hidden, but allways their, allways ready,

My world will never see light again,
I have no feelings for others,
I've definately changed,

No one will be spared my wrath,
Mercy will never be my way,
Even for the innocence,
Mercy was never given to me,

Others will be darkened,
Just as my soul blackened,
With only the shadows to keep company,
With the lust of blood never far from mind.
