just comparing reading
Black words flow smoothly
across the page
beckoning you to dive in
exploring your imagination

The story rains on you like a waterfall
plunging you farther into the book
your imagination
splashing ideas in your mind

you glide and break through
gasping for breath
crashing back to reality
as the story continues
to drift towards the end
