Lucid Dreaming

I had read about Lucid dreaming without understaning it at all. I thought it was lucid, understanding thereby that it was smooth.

When I discovered that it was more about being aware and even controlling one's dream state, I was positvely glad!

The reason for this ws easy. I was doing Dream Dialogues with the help of Ira Progoff methods. I also look upon myself as an ESP person.

And so... surprise, surprise... I caught myself one day in Lucid Dreaming without even exercising or trying. I was fully aware I was dreaming!

That's it. My experiece. My exitement!
