My first love poem.
My Love

Your skin glows like the strawberry, blossoms passionate as the
marigold in the purest hope of spring.
My heart follows your voice of angels and leaps like a
kitten at the whisper  of your name. The evening floats in on the
great robin wing. I am comforted by your ring that I carry into the
twilight of lovebeams and hold next to my heart.
I am filled with hope that I may dry your tears of sadness.
As the rain falls from the heavens, it reminds me of your love.
In the quiet, I listen for the last beating heart of the day.
My heated heart leaps to my throat. I wait in the moonlight
for your secret so that we may be together as one,
heart to heart, in search of the magnificent blue and
mystical passion of love. I love you.
