A poem I wrote about 2 years ago, my writing has improved.
In a town near Alabama, there was a desert station.
It held many scientists with special invitation.
It was a research lab with prisoners, they were set aside,
With the thousands of experiments, many had died.

This lab was a secret, It was hidden underground
From the ground up, no humans heard a sound.
It was the home for genetic research, a cold dark place.
You should see the victim prisoners, and the shock upon their face.

People were changed within the lab’s walls.
They screamed in panic but no one heard their calls.
They turned into mutants, demons of a sort.
Created from experiments within the deadly court.

We should pray every night and work every day,
To keep our minds steady, to keep the fear away.
But as I said before, never forget to pray.
And hope these gruesome demons don’t escape someday.
