I don't usually write poetry but hey this was written in the year 2000 for my dad.
Life is Nice when having fun,
Lets go play in the sun,

I am nice, You are sweet,
Lets go have a track meet.

The Sun is bright, the sky is blue
I am happy when I'm near you.

birds are playing out my window
In a nearby Meadow,

My favorite color is Yellow,
Happy birthday to a fellow
