this is a poem (not ryming) about the confederate flag in SC
The breeze rustles the flag,
Atop the large pole.
With each new wave, comes the memory of a scar.

That flag has long since flow
O’er the state house grounds, it tells the nation and the world
“We aren’t done” the flag waves still in the breeze
Because some still hope, still pray that the south will rise again one day.

I say this not as repulse for my state is great!
I say this as way of apology.

I unite with all the black men and women in the state and say
“TARE IT DOWN!!”  I hope to see that blessed day in which
That wretched God forsaken flag is burned!

A final thought!
Those of you in power, in my fare state
Why do wave the banner of the KKK?

Equality for you, Equality for me, can not be truly reached unless that flag is burned!
