A poem of love
It's funny
Irony that is
It plays a toll in everything
Majorly in the life of love

I look at you
My heart skips a beat
My palms sweat
When we kiss
I melt into your palms

It's funny
How you can do this to a guy
No one would of thought
Of someone taming this beast
It's like you took a dragon
And turned it into a harmless lizard
A python into a Gardner snake

If I could
I'd hone the moon for you

Normally
I wouldn't
I couldn't
Wrestle a "Gorilla"
For you
I would
I could

For you I'd fight
I would fight
I would fight the Titans
I would take on Ares

I once claimed
That no one
Would ever
Could never
Have me wrapped around there finger
You
Some how
Managed
To do the unthinkable

When we huge
I don't ever want to let go
And yet I'm afraid of breaking you

People wonder why
Why am I with you?
I'm told that I'm the sweetest guy
I could have any girl
I tell them You're like poetry
A muddling of words
A combination of knowledge and writing
Capturing of the heart and soul
A language of love and sorrow
You're like music
The sound of notes circling me
And I dance on every note
Every note is a sound of perfection

When I look at you
I don't need contacts
to see the beauty
The work of god
The face of an angel
The body of aphrodite
The will of Athena
All I need is the touch of your hand
And this wonderful feeling in my heart
