my frustration with my education
You’re so distracting
because you are never what you represent yourself to be

And I cant help but think
that it has something to do with me

Is it that I’m too into myself?
Maybe I cant see past what’s true for me

Because opening my eyes to your perspective
may mean giving up what I hoped you’d be
