Let us crumple up this cocoon
We have slept in here for days
Theres no use in playing waiting games
We're not going to turn into butterflies

We can lie together night and day
I'll never see a love story in your eyes
Theres no sparkle in your smile
Like two empty logs side by side

Just leave me holding my heavy heart
Im lonely now im not in the fire
Yearning to feel your desire
Shall I sit and wait here forever?
