Nature, Birds
As farmers plow fields at break of day,
the churned up soil,
for birds do yield,
a bountiful breakfast tray.

They swirl and twirl,
in an orderly way,
as they gather for their feast.
Grubs and worms,
jillions upturned,
while the sun rises up in the east.

Like coming into a diner to eat,
they move in for a sumptuous treat,
then quickly, they make a hasty retreat.
