Written for a dark poetry contest
Curved up like a smile
Been thumbing its points for a while
I can wear my heart on my sleeve
It's shine is blinding
Baring teeth like a dog grinding
Drooling red like the wounds on my leg
So calming it doesn't surprise me

The touch of it all feels like love
Retribution leaves me floating like a dove
Crimson red, please save me
From burning my dollhouse ever so slightly
