The poem speaks for itself!
Kiss me one last time
As the alcohol burns my lips
And closes my throat

Stagger into the bedroom
As you finish another one
And pass out on the bed

Waste your precious days
On sipping water so harmful
Until you drown in desolation

Watch our infatuation fade
As yours grows deeper
And I walk out the door

You can drink for pleasure
You can drink for the thrill
But babe you can’t drink me
