Questioning walk with God
Forgive me Father...
For I have sinned
Time and time
And time again
Weakened flesh
Paper thin
Succumbing
To desires of men.

Forgive me Father...
Foreign expressions
Worn on the face
Fragmented phrases
Spoke out of place
Transparent grin
Masking
The aching within.

Forgive me Father...
For I have doubt
Turned myself
Inside out
Asked
The Father...
The Son...
The Holy Ghost...

Seeking comfort
In the truths of most.
