Liberation

Personal deliverance comes in the strangest way.
It is not found in our history,
As redemption from the past is not needed.
The future is of little value too, falsely
Creating some sense of fulfilment,
It usually disappoints.

But the “Now”, this single moment,
Has everything you need to be content.

Realizing that liberation is the abolishment of history,
And that, the future is not a guarantor of hope,
Is to comprehend that the “Now “offers all you will ever need.

You want a fulfilling life?
You want love?
You want Peace?
You want a hope?
Think right now,
Do these not exist at this very moment?

My friend, History, is made of many moments of “now” and
The future is a projected Illusion of the mind that might not ever be.

All you have is this moment!
Accept it; surrender to it, live it for what it is…….
Then let life unfold moment by moment and find the freedom your soul craves.
