Soft moonlight bathes the land in it's silvery glow...
Moon Dreams

Dark tree-tops reach toward,
A glowing crescent moon.
In the sky it hangs, a cross,
Shining bright, defying gloom.

Below it's luminous rays,
A bed of clouds float by.
Drifting in listless pleasure,
Carried upon a gentle sigh.

Night is so still, so peaceful,
Surrounding this room of mine.
Sleep shall wrap about me soon,
Restful dreams are nigh.
