My daughter and I both wrote this.
The Oklahoma tribe, Choctaw
Mixed with a little Chickasaw

I am proud, we are a whole
Within the indian soul

Doesn't matter if your skin is tan
Or if you're a woman or a man

Be proud, Choctaws be proud
Scream your heritage out loud

Bishnick times, lovely songs
Tennis shoes or beaded thongs

We are wolves, we are cats
We are dogs, we are bats

Each and every native-we're a whole,
Each culture can have a Choctaw soul

Be proud, Choctaws be proud
Scream your heritage out loud
