This is a poem about some inner exploring I did many years ago
In a mirror darkly, I do glimpse my past
and as I sit myself down to this painful composition
I am reminded of my own mortality
and my soul's eternal state of return and recycle.
I am a creature of between times, existing mostly in spirit.
I travel the worlds existing everywhere and nowhere
all at once and in no time.
My form is that of energy, a non physical state.
Slightly heavier water persuing my current in a still pool....
at times it seems even stagnant.
Switching gears and currents,
I am the embodiment of change.
The chaos before birth, the primordial ocean,
it sings in my very soul as I dance the aeons.
Dancing amongst the stars, a bit of dust in the universe,
gathering to me other bits of dust,
becoming a swirling nebula of existence,
flare, fire and change..
the alchemical forge of my soul and mind
does work on this everlasting stream of thoughts
propelled by spirit.
The universe sighs and I have become..
