This poem is dedicated to a person who really did teach me waht love really meant.
You taught me what love really meant,
Through all the days we spent,
I hoped never to see the end,
No matter what I cannot stay here and pretend.

Times rolled by,
With sadness in my sigh,
I started to wonder why,
Nights without you could make me cry.
They were too cold to bear,
As I'd blankly stare,
I began to see only one end,
Hoping I'd get more time with you to spend.

Maybe one day it'll be better,
And the only form of talking won't be a letter.

Thoughts wander to one final conclusion,
Maybe it'll stop being an illusion
What was meant to be,
Was actually you and me...
