A poem written out of nothing. Devoid of meaning and open to interpretation.
Blessed was the man,
Who sat below the sun, light upon his eyes,
The wind blows through the world,
No flower bends to the touch,
Now the sun sets into the earth,
Sinking like a jewel,
Lost within the ocean, swallowed by waves,
One shall find it again,
Bright like the stars,
Beautiful against the sun,
Blessed was the man,
Who picked up the jewel from thy hands,
Jewels remain children of the earth,
Returning to the mother,
Deeper to the center of the silence,
Lost forever,
Blessed is the man who tells you of the tale of jewels and suns,
For the sun shall set,
As the wind dances like the dancers of old
We close our eyes, we still our breaths,
We watch as light slips away,
Silent, be still, silence,
Wait for the night to pass,
The sun will rise,
The jewel shall sleep,
Mother will watch, her hands embracing,
When the darkness passes,
He holds out his hand,
Blessed is the man,
He sits under the light,
The tree wavers not, the branches sturdy through,
He watches the sun asleep,
And listens to the tales of jewels,
The tales of suns untold.
