A free versed poem, not expecting it to be great...

1
Winter rains upon my heart,
As i hear a voice that sets me apart,
A blizzard crushes my poor soul,
As the voice takes in my toll.

"Oh, heavens, speak in my name!
Are you here to forbade this fame,
Are you even to witness my eternity,
Crushed in the furnace of melancholy!

The chill takes over my veins,
Like a poor child crushed tight in reins,
My eyes takes flight on a newborn light,
As the voice conquers my sight.

2
The heart so swift takes my blame,
And cries to drown in her shame.
Oh, sorrowful flame, hissing to smoke,
Her freedom and all i have broke.

With a careful grasp torn from the past,
Still i shall comfort this crying dame,
With a light embrace with i task,
To be above all in my shame.

I glimpse the voice that enlightens my path,
That cries of blizzards with their chilling wrath,
That needs of my love is no more than i see,
Than to hush the voice is just me to love me.

Lesson: "Loving yourself, is the greatest love of all..."
