comparing the outer beauty of a tree to a woman in need of care
Disguising Beauty

Look in the mirror and what do you see?
A Matted mess, possibly a tree?
A dead one, Empty lifeless branches in need of love.
Too long neglected?
“No”
In the right hands, fullness and life renewed.

The buds of the tree, looking rejected
Jagged and crooked, pruning is needed
Starving for love, no life to be found.
Too long neglected?
“No”
In the right Hands, Fullness and life abound.

The roots are grounded, Flaky and dry,
Holding the tree up to the sky,
Now needing a little water, and tender loving care.
Too long neglected?
“No”
In the right hands, fullness and life begin to flare.

Rough and rigid looks the outer layer,
The beauty not showing, seems so unfair,
Longing for beauty, lost long ago.
Too long neglected?
“No”
TRUE BEAUTY, LIES DEEP WITHIN.
In the right hands, Inner beauty shines again.
