Poem for the Cramp with prompt "Why didn't you call?"
Why didn’t you call me when you said you would?
The weather is balmy, and you understood.

I’m feeling so fragile. It seems a shame,
That you are so agile, and without blame.

My heart is now broken, self-esteem nil.
I just need a token of your goodwill.

Is that the phone ringing? Whaddaya know!
The blues I was singing, off they now go.
