How not to fall into that endless pit of desolution.
Fighting Depression

It's starting again;
I can feel it.
My crankiness is there
for anyone to view it.

The tears, they have started,
the isolation too.
I keep myself busy,
On what "I" want to do.

Your requests, they annoy me.
Just let me be!
Can't you see I'm busy?
Just try it, you'll see.

I knew it would happen,
in time it just does.
We're getting evicted.
I'll put on my gloves.

And food, there's not any
that I care to eat.
Just pasta and hotdogs
and old rotten meat.

The sunlight calls out
to bask in its rays
It's sunburn, I worry,
No rays for today.

This info I've shared
is so bittersweet
To sit here and write
admitting defeat.
