I'm writing this rhyme,
Straight off the bat.
Hardly leaving a second
Between each line.
Some call it freestyle,
But not me,
I prefer to call it,
Exploration of the mind.
I'm a reflection of an Ancient soul
Lost in modern times.
Rockin' blind.
Only ever seem to have sight,
When I write.
Words lost in the thoughts I find.
Like dynamite,
At any second I could blow.
Can't stay here for long,
Felling so confined.
So I'm looking at the future.
Instead of what’s behind.
