This is a poem about watching someone you love walk away from you.
Can't you hear my heart breaking,
Can't you see the tears in my eyes,
Can't you see my hands tremble,
As you look past me and say goodbye,
Can't you feel my eyes on you,
As my world comes crashing down,
Can't you see my hopes and dreams,
Shatter to the ground,
Can't you hear my thoughts screaming,
In the silence of the room,
It's sad how forever,
Had to end so soon.
