Tears


Tears run down my checks,
Sadness fills my heart.
All that I’ve worked for,
I watch helplessly go away.

Wishing it was different,
Knowing it’s the way it has to be.
Giving up unwillingly
Tears run down my checks.

No money, no job,
Losing my place to live.
It seems like no one cares.
Sadness fills my heart.

Another birthday gone.
No celebration, no money to.
Just another day to pass by.
Tears run down my checks.

Fighting with my parents,
Nothing’s ever good enough.
I’m never good enough.
Sadness fills my heart.

All that I’ve worked for,
I watch helplessly go away.
Tears run down my checks,
Sadness fills my heart.
