Dedicated to Brandon Williams
I Met you on that cold
December Day.
My hands felt like ice,
So i could not grasp yours.

Your smile was so friendly,
it looked like a painting.
The teeth so perfectly aligned
and white.

You tried to speak,
but I could not hear.
It was as if a speaker
was against my ear.

I wanted to speak,
but my lips grew cold
and froze together.

I'm glad I found you,
so i can talk to you now.

My hands no longer icy.
My ears are free.
My lips have broken,
from the frozen spell.

I have you now,
and I will never let you go.
