Thick emotion in hard times
Convenient
Religious angst told you so
Convenient
To have and to hold
against one's bosom in times of hardship
only to hold dollar signs over her head
Convenient
happy to fulfill your purpose, full of hatred, "sound and fury" no?
To look into those eyes and know
to feel a loss
a thousand Hiroshima's in the betrayal of one's touch
as an act of lust would have been easier
would have been taken better
but the mind
those thoughts
as you hide your ring in convenience
so the pretty damsels will stare
and know that I dont exist as an equal
because you're god so tells you
I am last
but where is he then
when your idol become a benjamin
or even so...a washington.
Does he spit profusely in disgust for the abomination
the one you have made over the sanctity of a rubix cube
something to change and morph into what you want
Because I cannot be betty homemaker
I cannot be anne the baby machine
or Chloe, the cleaning lady.
But to love me, oh the bank account rises and you love me more
Lose a few pounds, Ill love you then
anger lives here, in this shell, knowing I was nothing more then that
Nothing more then your trophy
convenient!
Puppy dog eyes watch my back a I go
because loneliness is better then this...
