my encounters with leaving town for thanksgiving in the form of a witty poem
yumm is that turkey
a million miles away
from the place i want to be
sitting on the plate infront of me

ugh is that my cousins fighting
for the fifteenth time today
i wish i could keep writing
in a place not so far away

eeeeeck is that a pie
or my uncles left big toe
that just isn't right
i just wanna go home

sluuurp is that my grammy
pulling her dentures out
that is just disgusting
i say we go right home

nooooo i don't want that stuffing
i saw jaimey spit in it
well isn't that just lovely
i think it's time we split

thanks giving here is nasty
and the family is too
none of my friends are leaving
i don't think i should too

parents take note:
WE DON'T LIKE LEAVING TOWN FOR TGHANKSGIVING TO SEE OUR ESTRANGED AUNT!!!!! just let us stay home please I'm begging you!
