I wrote this about a guy I used to be friends with
I catch your eye
From across the room
For brief second
Our eyes meet
Caught in a deadly stare
Then you look away
As if you’re ashamed
I caught you looking
For that brief moment
So much we left unsaid
So much is left to wonder
Are you thinking of me
As I’m thinking of you
Do you remember those times
We used to share
Way before
You stopped to care
