Blacken Mirror

As souls broken, and eroded away
Look to the stars of hope’s light,
and the vacuum of death voice
for the loss they faced.

Hurt, loss, and fear
Play in this ebony mirror

As souls lose themselves,
in its twilight.

As all light of hope
is sucked into its blacken pain.

As a soul as black as its reflection in the glass
As blood red pain plays, in its midnight abyss

As souls lose themselves
in the ebony of the blacken mirror’s heart
The heart of the blacken soul,
is downed in midnight’s reflection
