Gut Emotion without my usual pause in thought.
Stereotypes and History It is 911 today.
So many emotions
So much
Is this how everyone feels?
I can’t separate the thoughts.
These ideas are surely not just for me.

For the sake of America
And all that is true
I will talk

In my purse is the metal
Imprinted with his name
It is attached to a small chain
Which really grows each day
With the burdens of the world
Your world

Do you understand?
Your visuals and words
They are palpable.
They sting and weigh more than some can hold.

Your motives are confusing.
You want protection
Only for yourself and the person who is against you
Not for the protector?
Neither ignorance nor lies create a steady path.
Peace is not as closely linked with simplicity
As you might think
Or as you might have been taught

Tell me your view
It is needed
But must you give up on him
On all of them
In order to speak

Who are the causalities of this war?
The war
The bigger war at home

It is not a question of who does more
Of who gets more recognition
It is of what actually happens

His life,
Our lives,
His beliefs,
Our future,
His courage,
Our contributions are connected.
Stop the unnecessary addition of selfish and naive links.

You should be ashamed
On this day of all days
I keep looking at my watch
Each look brings a flash of memory
Followed by a brief nightmare about the future

The date in the left corner
The time below
Why has anyone asked me the date today?
You search for history
Claim it belongs to other nations
With old buildings an ancient art
This is a part of our history too

The history is what you mock
Or perhaps have forgotten

Your fear is not what drives you
Nor your love
Nor your passion
Nor your knowledge
What else is there?
Don’t follow the created stereotype.

The Worst War is Propaganda
It is against truth and peace

I just what to let it out
I am so tired of letting it burn my throat
Don’t tell me to not take it personally
We all should
Stop attacking yourself
You are an American

Propaganda works on the ignorant
It works for the super ignorant

Love what you have and don’t take it for granted
Read and listen
But also observe for yourself
Evil is Evil
It knows no peace except in death

I will not call you traitor
There are decent Americans
You are American
We need all perspectives

Know your message
I don’t care if it seems right or left
Just don’t give up
On America
Just don’t give up
