HURT

She called him late at night,
She needed reasurrance, let her know everything would be alright,
she didnt know in the end,
she would lose more than a friend,
she had fallen for him to the point of no return,
friends saw this comming said she would never learn,
she should have taken the clue,
this should have said i dont like you,
but still lesson unlearned she falls asleep at night
cying tears, holding her bloody wrists praying everything ends up alright,
she wakes up in the morning, and tries to cover up
the markings from lastnight with her makeup
she puts on a fake smile for him, pretends not to be mad,
deep down she is hurting real bad,
the day finally came when he told her "i dont like you."
she said "i wont cry,not even a single tear,
because when i am gone you will wish i was here."
