poem about time, once viewed as majestic, now seen as mundane and painful
The collar that stops us from licking our wounds,
Time continues on incessantly

Logical and stoic,
Never partial towards any person,
Nor any circumstance

Possessing the ultimate pair of eyes,
Time has witnessed the progression of Man,
The triumphs and lapses of life

Sunrise
Sunset

Time is callous,
Forever bringing Mondays

Tantalizing us all,
Time brings empty seasons,
A fallacious sense of change

But we want it
We need it

For it is our Alpha
And our Omega
