A poem about balance in all things.
The solar son
Lunar daughter
Two in one
The light of day
The goddess of night

Hand in hand
Creating balance
Father Time’s players

Turning days
Making months
Creating seasons
Turning years

Together they are a unit
Together they secure balance
Together in a marriage

Two that never meet
‘cept at dusk and dawn
So close they can nearly touch each other
But destined to always be alone.

Day and night
Light and dark
Summer and winter
Till the end of days.
