The way I feel.
The Good Girl?

Man what happen to that girl
That used to share your name?
The one that made you her world
That you put to shame?

Where did the mother
Of you children go?
When you found another,
Causing her tears to flow?

Do you ever see her any?
I though I did one day.
Couldn’t be, she didn’t have a penny.
She didn’t know how to pray.

Didn’t the woman you once married
Go to church and read the word?
This woman was all hurried,
Her language was absurd.

Didn’t your ex wife have a light
Shinning behind her eyes?
This woman held another tight,
Telling me her lies.

She seemed older
Then your ex wife would have been.
She was acting bolder,
She acted out with sin.

Have you seen her lately?
I think she has changed so much.
Since you had another baby,
A new born,  she’ll never touch.
