Poem I wrote when I was depressed.
While I am sitting here
All alone
I think about the past
And forget about the future
The regrets I've made
The hurt I've caused
I can't make it go away
Something feels really wrong
Like a slap right in the face
The sting and hurt
Both stay a little while
I am really pale
It's almost like I'm sick
I haven't eaten a full meal in three days
Is there something wrong with that?
I get sick to my stomach
Every time I see my scars
There's no way to get rid of them
So the past will just live on
I don't know what my point is here
Maybe just to say
I could use a bit of help
Figuring out my life
