My wife of 22 years passed away 3/3/2006, the most beautiful and truest of all ladies.
The impossible couplet in impossible times,
That we were, an inordinate mix,
An Aries woman and a Pisces man
Intertwined in an odd, ethereal fix.

Supernatural with mind reading power,
I would start to say...and she completing;
Even time itself stood still for us,
That first day we met a full moon retreating.

Bonnie brought light and brilliance to the set,
I gave strength and somewhat the norm;
So alike yet so different were we,
A poetic couplet in human form.

My Bonnie lass this life did pass,
Her world is now another,
Now I pray from day to day
And put one foot in front of the other.

I start to say, it comes to naught,
The completion of thoughts has gone;
I sit and think of words to write,
The ink in my pen turns to stone.

Now late at night I look to the stars
To find that twinkle in her eye,
My muse I find, a teardrop falls:
She's at the side of Lady Di!
