sadness as i see it
and here she goes again
sitting this hallway,no laying down
she's feeling suicidal again
no one picks her up
she can't be picked up
just leave me alone
she wants to whisper to someone, maybe someone who will listen
but no ones around anyway.
no ones around anyway.

call me when you get this
call me when you get this
call me when you get this
i need to blow away...

a cigarette, maybe four or five later
she'll pick herself back up and see the pink carpet
it held her head,no it held her hurt
i won't cry i won't cry don't watch me and i won't cry
whiskey won't wisk anything away
amaretto won't be an arm around her
gin won't be her ginger
beer would ruin her if she hadn't ruined herself already
she's already ruined herself

call me when you get this
call me when you get this
call me when you get this
i need to blow away...

flicker flicker
dim lights and shutters shut tight
she watered down your name with tears
as she begged to be destroyed
theres nothing left of her anyway
she backs down
so far down
the pink hall that held her shame

call me when you get this
call me when you get this
call me when you get this
i won't be around...
