About treachery and heartbreak...
Broken Promises....

The gentle touch
Unsaid words
Trust in eyes
And feelings beyond

Love interalia
A bond like blooming peony
And then suddenly….
Act of treachery

Crumbled world
Uncanny loneliness
Shattered mirror
And wounded soul

The unshed tears
The emptiness
The touch still looming
The lingering scent

I was a schmuck
A loving being
Now a pellet
An iniquitous life

Everything was lost
Everything except..
Scars on my heart
And a bundle of broken promises….
