When my grandmother died five, I found no rhyme or reason. Now, I finally understand..
                            And Finally, I Understand..

I just didn't understand.
I never thought I'd see the day..
You would leave and go away...
You left so sudden, leaving not even a good bye....
I had so many wonders of why??
I know you didn't really have a choice..
I seen it, the hurt in your eyes, pain in your voice..
I was mad at first, not wanting to understand...
But now I'm glad you're in the Lord's Land....
And Finally, I Understand..
No more hurt, pain or weary days...
Just joy and peace for always....
Sleep on, Sweet lady, sleep on..
Rest for you're in God's Home...
I hope to join you when it's my time..
So we can again sit and listen to the wind chime.
I miss them days, I can't wait to see you again..
Your beautiful face and that awesome grin...
I love you Grandma, And Finally, I Understand....
