Troubled friends meet ugly foes
The Tower

We'll keep marching to the top of this tower
I guess God isn't at home
We keep climbing up the stairs, no one stops us
I guess God has left his throne

They keep coming from the dark we can't stop them
I guess good is all on us
They will die hard and infect us
I guess good will bite the dust

On and on there is just nothing to cure this
I guess we are cursed to fail
Sudden tears fall and spill blood and emotion
I guess evil has prevailed

Fire burning lights the end of this stairwell
I guess they weren't that far gone
Thick, grey clouds is what we see through the windows
I guess a storm will sing it's song

Cut us up they will just shred us to pieces
I guess we won't stand a chance
No, wait, come on, let us draw out our weapons
I guess if they wanna dance, we'll dance

Of course we were foolish to try them
I guess we shall rest in peace
Someday our names will be legend
Yes, we are the deceased
