school life memories, friends forever!
I remember the moments like yesterday
Now they are playing over and over in my mind
We had met being strangers to one another
Not knowing what kind of friendship we would find

Thank God, it had all turned out to be just great
And the world had suddenly become a circus to us
We used to have so much fun together back then
All that had mattered was me and my girls

Being there for each other always and forever
Drowning all our sorrows over 7up and cokes
Standing up to anyone who hurt any of us
I can’t help smiling at the memories it evokes

There was never a day when we wouldn’t laugh
It is after all said to be the best medicine
But I guess nothing could cure mentally retarded cases
It was all about the tafrih, the jokes and the fun

We talked about everything that was on our minds
Sometimes it got serious, sometimes emotional
But most of the times whenever we all got together
Our most serious conversations would end up in laughter

Breaking the rules was never a big deal to us
And break time was the best part of our day
We looked like a gang when we walked together
Never listening to anything any teacher had to say

It had always been a pleasure to be with you
It’s so hard to know those days have come to an end
They were definitely the moments I want to relive again
When I had found out what it means to be a friend

School was where we spent the best moments of life
Having nothing to do but hanging out together
The bonds we made while laughing our lives away
Are the bonds that scream the promises of forever!
