Love is lost
A sense of peace falls over me
It's okay
It wasn't really love now was it?

I lost sight of me
In all he wanted me to become
Now I'm free
I can fly once again.

I'm me again
My words can flow again
Like ink from a tipped over inkwell

With my pen I write
Of heartache
Of pain
Of rebirth
Of joy once again
Of being home
Of strength
