About a watermelon. and criticize it...
On chilly spring eves
I clench your mass to mine
Beams of summer sun
Radiate from your rind.

Lazed in bare
You tempt my hands to rend
Your rigid case apart
Before the time has come;
Exposing rosy flesh
Frigid at its best
Beauty marks within,
Speak your beauty
Twice.

Mellow on my tongue
Juice trickles to my chin
Your scent is heaven brought
Preserved beyond skin
A piece of winter,
Fall
Frees sweat from the brow
On fervent morns of mist.

Still
I wait until your skin
Will resist no more
The steel blade's tender touch.
Spread on your bed of dust
My teeth will grind your flesh,
And the sweetness of your blood will
tease my throat
On its way to my gut.
