For the Holding Pond PDQ Poetry Challenge.
This room has seen life
Played out within its quiet walls,
A million small dramas.

Wild shouts of laughter,
Soft murmurs of tender love
And the broken sobs.

Its walls have stood firm
Through tantrums and the tempests
Of my teenage years.
And now this empty room has seen all.
