Thoughts uprising from the anniversary of a late girlfriend's death...
Seeping from this weeping wound,
My heart spills its tears for you.
The physical no longer real,
As screams, my soul, into the still...
Silence broken by lulling hush--
The thought of you guides this rush.
This sensation, outwardly inflicted,
Is my mind, deadfully constricted;
And my entity, still addicted,
To that memory, still depicted.
In my dreams, I feel your fear,
Remembered with my falling tears..
Sometimes I think I feel you near,
And wish that you were here, my dear.
However, sometimes it's not so quaint,
The enchanting air replaced with restraint..
Sometimes I'm afraid to cross your path,
And I ready myself to face your wrath,
In case next time I think I feel your breath...
You place upon me, the blame of your death.
