The effect of silence
A tattered veil guards my world from all prying eyes
A prismatic collision of wandering vision stands by the door

Silhoutted is my entity under the stare of the night sky
The source of light stands supreme basking in its glow

Some inexplicable source of energy seems to power
Its unseen firnament aflame in an unconquered glaze

Still are untraced any fireflies frenzied by such light
Thousand eyes are blinded, hundreds continue to see

A show of fire that has found its furnace and fuel
The torch in thy hands not a cure for this insatiable thirst

I am illuminated by a thousand nightbulbs that rise and fall
that shine in a glory quite unknown from their lone posts afar

Metallic hearts and sentiments conduct silence- sheer brilliance
Similar to heat, light and sounds travelling fast on an airlike medium.

Immersed in water is my gateway to life and death, unabated by fear
skills perfected by their own correction under the nightsky's vigilant eye.

Note: If you read this then please keep in mind that the understanding of this is pertinent to how you perceive it. This is a philosphic outlook on my own life which I live under the glare of the world, which has been represented by the sky.
